Returns & Exchanges Policy
At LK BLUE, every pair is made with care in small batches. We hope you love your denim, but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a refund.
Returned items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
To start a return, please email lkblue@lkblue.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label for your convenience.
A 5% return processing fee per order will be deducted from your refund once the item is received and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.
Exchanges
We offer one free exchange per order, subject to availability. Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, please email lkblue@lkblue.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and requested style and size.
Exchange items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.
Replacement items ship free of charge once your original item is received.
Additional exchanges or returns beyond the first exchange will follow our standard return policy.
Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
International Orders
International orders can be returned at the customer’s expense.
Returns processing fees still apply.
